Job Description

Overview One of our clients is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and provide coverage during an employee's extended leave of absence. This recruiter will step into an active hiring environment, quickly establish rapport with hiring managers, and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, effectively partner with stakeholders, and contribute immediately to ongoing hiring initiatives. This is a short-term contract opportunity expected to last approximately 1.5-2 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and able to make an immediate impact with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service Maintain a consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring goals are met Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Comfortable stepping into an active desk and ramping up quickly
