The critical responsibilities of this role are as follows: Lead NA BG Shared Services financial reporting and accounting functions supporting 3 BG's by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Amcor policies Manage the accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for Significant Items and Restructuring programs including monthly actual and forecast reporting to corporate Execute balance sheet reviews and coordinate monthly tracking of risks and opportunities Support the annual strategic and operating plans, monthly forecasting, and actual reporting cycles while ensuring ensure compliance with internal controls and adherence to corporate deadlines Streamline processes for establishing, measuring and delivering upon BG financial objectives; deliver information and analysis to support proactive management decision making Lead team of 7 direct/indirect reports; provide functional leadership by fostering teamwork, providing coaching and developing team members Act as a change agent within RPS finance community identifying and driving best practices Assist with special project activities including complex technical accounting matters, M&A activities, business improvement projects, restructuring programs, working capital initiatives,...
