Business Analyst – INTL Colombia

Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes and IT requirements to support the successful delivery of digital initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead digital projects from initiation through implementation, partnering with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements while ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and technical needs. You will facilitate requirements workshops, document detailed specifications, and create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual artifacts to clearly communicate workflows and recommendations. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will monitor progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality and functional expectations. Additionally, you will oversee user acceptance testing, validate solution effectiveness, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide subject matter expertise on business process optimization and IT solution alignment. The role also includes developing user documentation, delivering training materials, and supporting end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience in working with content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security and delivery best practices.
• Experience in digital customer experience.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Understanding of Headless architecture.
• User research and automated testing experience.
• Multilingual and global implementation exposure.
• Knowledge of system integration and computing environments.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, and more)
