Position Summary...
The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. This role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and effective communication to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met. The manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates while maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards. By analyzing performance data and driving solutions, this position supports business growth and operational excellence, fostering strong relationships and promoting a culture of respect and integrity throughout the organization.
What you'll do...
While some event coordination is expected, a significant portion of the day-to-day responsibilities involves managing conference room bookings, responding to associate needs, and finding solutions/problem solving.

Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.

Monitor program performance through data analysis, root cause identification, and reporting to senior leadership.

Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of ethics and integrity in all program activities.

Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to meet strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
