Full job description
As a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to provide both in-person and remote therapy services, offering flexibility and convenience for both you and our clients. Role Overview The Pre Licensed Therapist delivers outpatient psychotherapy under supervision while completing required hours toward LMHC A or LCSW licensure. This role is ideal for new graduates or current master?s level students seeking structured, supportive professional development. Key Responsibilities Clinical psychotherapy: Individual, adolescent, and family sessions Biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning Timely documentation in compliance with state and insurance standards Weekly supervision (individual + group) with licensed supervisors Participation in team meetings and collaborative care with PMHNPs Upholding ethical, cultural, and trauma informed care standards
