Sales Applications Engineer - Measurement Technologies If your ability to close a sale matches your high aptitude for troubleshooting customer problems, we'd love to see your application! MSNST is looking for a technically skilled, customer-focused Sales Applications Engineer to support customers with force measurement, load cell, and industrial weighing applications. This role combines technical sales, applications engineering, customer support, and occasional travel to customer sites. What You'll Do Consult with customers to identify weighing and force measurement requirements. Recommend load cells, electronics, calibration services, and installation components. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support. This role will work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and technical expertise. Up to 25% travel required. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: - 5+ years of technical sales, applications engineering, instrumentation, manufacturing, or industrial experience (10+ years of experience preferred) - 3+ years of experience with load cells, force measurement, industrial weighing systems, or related technologies - Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills - Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical customers - Knowledge of electronics used in weighing applications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Why Join Us?
