What You'll Do As the Manager, Global Payroll, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned staff and executing complex payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation. This role ensures compliance with regulations and drives payroll process improvements. The Expertise We're Looking For 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; finance related degree preferred, professional payroll certification is a plus 2. 5 years of U.S. payroll administration experience required 3. Experience in European and AsiaPAC payroll administration is a plus 4. 2 years of supervisory experience required 5. Experience with enterprise payroll administration platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar enterprise payroll systems; Dayforce experience preferred 6. Proficient understanding of payroll accounting and payroll impact on general ledger, proficient in basic math required 7. Experience with MS Office suite, Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data format conversion) required Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Hours: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Hybrid in-office work schedule; ability to work core business hours and flex as needed for activities in different time zones and overtime as required Our Investment in You We believe our employees are our most important asset!
