Full job description

Description

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Device Experience Team in New York, New York for a contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. This role will help expand the impact of the Nexthink platform by turning support data into actionable insights, improving employee experience, and encouraging adoption across the business. The ideal candidate can connect technical capabilities with business needs, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and support a shift toward more proactive end-user support.

This role is HYBRID (primarily onsite) in New York 10010

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary internal advocate for the Nexthink platform, helping teams understand its value and increase usage across the organization.

  • Review support and ticketing data to uncover patterns, highlight service improvement opportunities, and recommend proactive solutions.

  • Work closely with support teams, engineers, and external consulting partners to strengthen the use of platform analytics, automation, and AI-driven features.

  • Create dashboards and reporting that track platform engagement, licensing efficiency, service improvements, cost benefits, and reductions in support volume.

  • Lead training sessions, enablement activities, and stakeholder communications to build confidence and adoption among end users and business partners.

  • Partner with leadership to present measurable outcomes and demonstrate the business impact of the platform investment.

  • Support regional rollout efforts across the Americas and Europe while helping prepare for broader global expansion.

  • Bridge business objectives and technical execution by translating user needs into practical recommendations for engineering and support teams.

Requirements • Background in product analysis, product management, or a similar role supporting enterprise technology platforms.

  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives and increasing user adoption for large-scale tools or systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational or support data and building meaningful reports or dashboards.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with technical support environments and an understanding of how to improve end-user service delivery.

  • Working knowledge of PowerShell, querying, or related technical tools used for investigation and reporting.

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is valuable.

  • Prior exposure to Nexthink is preferred but not required. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
