City/State Harrisonburg, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview Sentara RMH Medical Center is now hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist. A Surgical Technologist is a critical member of the surgical team who assists during operative procedures by preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and providing direct assistance to surgeons and nurses. This role requires a strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols.
Education
- Trade school or equivalent - Surgical Technologist (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- Virginia license - Surgical Technologist (Required)
Experience
- Operating room experience (preferred)
- Will consider new graduate candidates in pursuit of licensure
