Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact at the core of infrastructure modernization? This is your opportunity to lead the delivery of foundational compute platforms that power one of the world's most complex technology environments — where your work directly enables reliability, scalability, and performance at enterprise scale. We value diversity, collaboration, and a growth mindset, and are committed to building an inclusive environment where every voice contributes to our success.
As a Product Delivery Manager at JPMorganChase within the Compute Infrastructure team, you will serve as a key leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery of compute platforms and services that underpin the firm's technology ecosystem. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring infrastructure solutions deliver measurable value, reliability, and performance. Drawing on your deep understanding of infrastructure product delivery, you will guide successful launches, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement — collaborating closely with engineers, architects, security, and application teams to deliver high-quality compute solutions that exceed expectations.

-
Guide successful product launches, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional client experiences for mission-critical infrastructure services
-
Coordinate quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders, including preparation, logistics, and material development across the product and technology ecosystem
-
Monitor delivery progress, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and business impact
