-
Agent & Borrower Outreach
-
Serve as the primary liaison between the lending team, borrowers, and insurance agents/brokers to resolve coverage deficiencies
-
Communicate deficiency requirements clearly and professionally, providing specific guidance on required changes to bring policies into compliance
-
Track outstanding items and follow up proactively to ensure timely resolution prior to loan closing or policy renewal deadlines
-
Escalate unresolved or complex non-compliance issues to senior analysts or management with recommended resolution paths
Candidate must work a 10am - 7pm EST shift.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate insurance review, mortgage loan servicing, or insurance compliance.

-
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage a high-volume workload under deadline pressure
