- This role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders to develop effective strategies to deliver value to the clients. The role tailors the organization's offerings basis clients' unique requirements while optimizing costs. The role involves innovative thinking, risk management, and providing guidance to lower-level employees.
Responsibilities
- Engages with IT, business, and CXO management, develops strategies, identifies opportunities, and contributes to win strategies, leveraging expertise in the organization’s solutions and market pricing.
- Shapes client requirements to meet business goals, integrates value-added services, optimizes costs, and delivers innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Leads and coordinates inter-tower solutions linkage and optimization, and directs governance activities and high-level reviews.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
- Builds relationships with key IT and business executives, communicates technology value, addresses CXO issues, and leads technical contract elements during client negotiations; act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Drives innovation, advocates best practices and aligns solutions for higher business value; articulates client business value and collaborate with peers to define the vision and desired services.
- Participates in global account planning and effectively directs organization and partner teams.
- Evaluates and recommends third-party vendors and solutions that can complement the organization’s offerings.
- Identifies potential risks associated with the proposed solutions and works on mitigation strategies.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Technical studies, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical/consultative selling, project/program management, delivery or account management, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $162,050 to $254,450 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
