Description: Under general supervision, you perform detailed field surveys at the assigned site. You perform detailed field surveys and may oversee the activities of field survey crews while maintaining accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed. In this role, you update appropriate conventional and electronic (GIS) files, research previous survey evidence, maps, physical evidence, and other records, and recommend methods and procedures for conducting assigned surveys. As the Surveyor, you prepare and present findings to engineering and operational personnel and perform other duties as required. Requirement: - Advanced training or education in surveying, mapping or a related field,ANDone (1) year surveying experience relevant to assignment.
