The Office Furniture Services (OFS) team is a specialized group that supports workspace planning and transformation through exceptional design, installation, and service of Apple’s modular furniture systems.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as an OFS Drafter/Designer to support and implement furniture design solutions across Apple facilities, ensuring space efficiency, functionality, and visual harmony.

Description

The OFS Drafter/Designer will play a key role in designing and coordinating office furniture layouts and installations across Apple sites. They will collaborate with requesters to develop workstation configurations, update layout records, support installations, and maintain product standards documentation. The role will report to the OFS Installation Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with modular furniture systems in a high-demand environment.

• Proficient in AutoCAD with an emphasis on detailed layout design.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

• Technical training or equivalent work experience.

• Comfortable working on Mac and Microsoft Office platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new workflows and technical details.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain composure and clarity in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

• Familiarity with Apple’s internal processes and space planning tools is a plus.
