Over the course of 10-12 weeks, as an IT SAP Intern, you'll work in Garner, NC. This internship's goal will be to identify a technology-based improvement opportunity and devise and manage the SAP project plan for implementation. This individual will work closely with a Senior Project Manager. This could entail a brand-new project or building from an existing project. The program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry. What you’ll do:

Maintain the integrated SAP project schedule by tracking milestones, identifying overdue activities and following up with workstream leads.

Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and project updates covering schedule, scope, risks, issues, resources, and milestones.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Learn project management methodologies, SAP implementation practices, and how large IT projects are governed.

Pursuing a Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2028 through June 2030.

All participants in this program are required to have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation to and from work.

There will be frequent travel to our plants and live operation locations depending on project needs.

The individual in this role will be required to initiate, lead, and follow through on conversations, presentations, and training, and should be comfortable with public speaking.

This role requires a balance of technical, analytical thinking as well as being personable and able to make connections to further implement change on an enterprise level.

Strong business acumen - ability to understand the impact of IT on different parts of the business.
