  • Promote a strong nuclear safety, quality, and accountability culture

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in complex engineering, construction, project, or program management.

  • 8+ years supporting nuclear, radiological, high-hazard, or similarly regulated facilities.

  • Strengthen integration and alignment among the technical design baseline, safety basis, cost estimate, schedule, and risk register.

  • Increase visibility and timely resolution of high-consequence technical, cost, schedule, supply chain, and commissioning risks.

  • Ensure risk response actions are specific, assigned, measurable, and completed on time.

  • Support successful DOE/NNSA reviews, approvals, commissioning, and project delivery.

  • Build an accountable, collaborative, and safety-focused project culture aligned with Parsons values and DOE/NNSA nuclear safety expectations.
