United Protective Services is seeking an experienced Field Training Officer to help develop Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support security operations across multiple client locations. This is a hands-on leadership position for a security professional who can coach others, identify performance issues, and help ensure officers consistently meet company and client expectations.

Schedule

  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Monday & Tuesday: Off

  • Wednesday – Friday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Train, coach, and develop Security Officers in the field.

  • Conduct post inspections and evaluate officer performance.

  • Provide guidance and support during incidents and emergency situations.

  • Complete inspection reports and required documentation.

  • Help ensure officers follow company policies, client procedures, and post orders.

  • Promote professional conduct, strong customer service, and effective security practices.

  • Travel between assigned client locations as operational needs require.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Must be at least 25 years old due to company vehicle insurance requirements.

  • Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar position.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively coach and hold officers accountable.

  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
