We are actively hiring Experienced Excavator Operators to join our team. If you have experience operating excavators for excavation, utility, grading, demolition, or site development projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate excavators on commercial, residential, and civil construction projects.

• Perform trenching, grading, excavation, backfilling, and material handling.

• Assist with underground utility installation, site work, and earthmoving operations.

• Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

• Work closely with field crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous excavator operating experience required.

• Experience with site development, underground utilities, grading, or demolition preferred.

• Ability to work safely in active construction environments.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.

• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

Pay:

$25-$45+/Hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Overtime available based on workload and project demands

This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
