Seasonal Yard Crew

This is a seasonal position October 1 - November 15 with possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. This position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Powerwashing bottom of boats 2. Moving boat blocks and stands 3. Moving and launching boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at the docks 4. Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities 5. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: - Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude - High school diploma required - Experience in the performance of jobs related to maintenance and repair is preferred - Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (see below) - Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner - Strong work ethic and personal commitment - Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals - Ability to be a self-starter and work independently - Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
