Full job description
Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in West Virginia. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe. All nursing activities will take place on a mobile care unit. Obtain and document patient vital signs, health histories, medication information, and other relevant clinical information. Assist providers and other clinical staff with patient care.
