This position serves as the primary technical resource for the cell, coordinating maintenance priorities, supporting breakdown elimination efforts, and partnering with Operations and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance. The Maintenance Cell Lead plays a critical role in maximizing equipment uptime, strengthening preventive maintenance programs, and developing maintenance talent across the facility. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for an assigned production cell Support Operations Plus implementation and reliability improvement initiatives Manage and continuously improve preventive maintenance systems for assigned production lines Provide technical expertise to support equipment reliability and loss elimination efforts Coach operators and maintenance team members on equipment performance and technical best practices Coordinate daily maintenance work and ensure timely completion of priorities Partner with Engineering, Process, and Operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related equipment issues Serve as the escalation point for complex equipment failures Support root cause analysis investigations and implementation of corrective actions Lead breakdown elimination investigations and develop long-term reliability solutions Track, prioritize, and maintain work orders within the CMMS...
