This position brings together business development, community networking, and a mission centered on inclusion. You'll learn about local companies' needs, identify ways to work together, and coordinate with vocational staff to help ensure business commitments are fulfilled successfully.

If you're skilled at building connections, comfortable representing an organization in the community, and passionate about helping people access meaningful employment, this is an opportunity to put your professional strengths toward a purpose that matters.

This is not a commission-based sales position. It's an opportunity to apply your relationship-building and business development experience to a mission that helps people build skills, earn income, contribute to their communities, and experience the satisfaction of meaningful work.

The partnerships you cultivate can help connect local businesses with valuable services while creating opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the workforce. Your work will help bring business needs and inclusive employment opportunities together.
