Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services , is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting multiple client facilities and campus-style buildings throughout the Richmond area . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a safety-focused mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $29.00
What's the Job?

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, transformers, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and electrical panels.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards.

Utilize CMMS systems to document work orders, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Support multiple commercial and campus-style facilities while collaborating with facility managers, engineers, HVAC technicians, and contractors.

Provide exceptional customer service while responding to service requests and supporting facility improvement projects.
What's Needed?

Active Virginia Electrician License (Required).

Minimum 4 years of electrical maintenance or electrical contracting experience.

Must be a licensed electrician; apprenticeship-only candidates will not be considered.

Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and performing preventive maintenance.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as travel between local client sites may be required.
