Full job description
A case manager is responsible for referrals, needs assessment, care plan development, outreach, and implementing and tracking services for an individual. Must be willing to be trained to administer medications. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview. Requirements: - Must possess at least a bachelor's degree. - 1+ years of experience is preferred, but a new graduate will be considered. - Current/Valid drivers license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements. - Knowledge of computer software and programs, Word, Outlook, Excel, and type 40+ wpm. - Must obtain MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training provided on-site - Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM Pay Rate: Will be discussed during the interview.
