Full job description

Keystone is seeking a Civil Engineer with either an Associate or a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 5 years experience, an E.I.T. certificate is preferred. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to work as a part of a fast-paced, multi-discipline team, have excellent communication and project management skills and be able to meet schedules. Primary Duties: * Complete engineering design of sites, utilities, stormwater management (SWPPP), and roads. * Report writing and specifications. * Computations regarding hydrology and hydraulics. * Prepare engineering cost estimates. * Project management and client contact. * Presentations to clients and at public meetings. * Construction review and administration.
