Manager Maintenance

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians across multiple shifts. Establish clear priorities and assign resources to meet production and maintenance objectives. Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing maintenance team. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintenance & Reliability Develop and execute preventative, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs. Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Oversee troubleshooting and repair activities involving mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Manage work orders, planned maintenance activities, and emergency repairs. Operational Excellence Partner with production and plant leadership to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements. Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics, including: OEE MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) Downtime trends Research and implement new technologies and best practices. Project & Budget Management Coordinate facility improvement projects and equipment installations. Manage maintenance budgets and control expenditures. Collaborate with Purchasing to source maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment. Maintain effective spare parts inventory management. Vendor & Contractor Management Develop and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Negotiate and oversee maintenance-related contracts and services. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain expertise in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintenance safety standards.
