Maintenance Tech

Our client, an Industrial Metal Processing operation, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team in Jackson, MS. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance organization supporting production and mobile equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting ability, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep equipment running through preventive maintenance and fast, accurate repairs.

Location: Jackson, MS

Pay Range:

Shift: Day or Night Shift (Full-time; overtime available)

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and mobile equipment to support continuous operations.

• Handle emergency repairs and machine setup as issues arise on the floor.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

• Use basic hand tools and follow established maintenance procedures to complete work accurately.

What's Needed?

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and take corrective action.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed for maintenance tasks.

• Must provide basic hand tools.

• Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening.
