Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing superior customer care, determining financial needs and services that would best suit new customers, offer products that may benefit existing customers within policies, objectives and guidelines established by the bank. Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, manage customer account changes and updates.
Represent the bank as an account relations specialist to determine the customer's financial needs and recommend banking products services that best satisfy those needs. Maintain knowledge of the bank's products and services. Project a professional image and utilize acquired techniques to increase effectiveness and customer relations.
Accept and review the proper documents from potential consumer and business customers in order to establish, update, and maintain checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposits, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, and all other products available, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. This necessitates working knowledge of rates, penalties, owners, co-owners, calculating penalties and different business entities and their requirements.
