At LARC, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, build meaningful relationships, and bring your skills to a place where every interaction matters.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide compassionate, individualized care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in home and community-based settings. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team that values empathy, respect, and empowerment — all while enjoying a more balanced, fulfilling pace.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available.

  • Growth & Training: Paid training and professional development opportunities to help you advance.

  • Inclusive Culture: Work with a compassionate team that values respect, dignity, and diversity. *Insurance benefits eligibility is based on full-time employment (30+ hours/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional nursing care and oversight by implementing health care plans, charting vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.

  • Support individuals in their daily routines, offering personal care and health guidance as outlined in each Individual Support Plan (ISP).

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with the individuals you support and their families.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, guardians, and team members to ensure holistic, person-centered care.

  • Accompany individuals on community outings — enjoy activities like picnics, movies, bowling, or dining out as part of LARC’s vision of “community for all.”

This is more than nursing — it’s caring with purpose, forming bonds that enrich lives, including your own.
