Secondary Employee Job Description Essential Functions: • Use of various tools, machines and presses to cut, form, mold and splice materials • Excellent measuring skills • Strong hand-eye coordination Required Skills : • High level of attention to detail • Ability to measure and cut desired lengths as needed • Ability to work and effectively communicate in a team and independently • Ability to carry out instructions from supervisors Work Environment : Employees will regularly be exposed to a manufacturing environment. This includes: • Tow motors regularly moving in and out of building • High building temperatures during the summertime • Minimal chemical odors Physical Demands: • Ability to endure occasional high building temperatures • Standing 7-8 hours per day • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally and over 50 lbs. rarely • Occasional reaching forward and above head •[]{times="" new="" ro=""}
