Job Description

Bonfiglioli USA, Inc. is seeking Customer Application Engineering (CAE) Managers at our Hebron, Kentucky facility to coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production Management with regard to project specifications, procedures, and order completion for heavy industrial gear motor equipment; manage product design and changes to industrial gear motor equipment; develop and upgrade the standards, policies and procedures for the work performed by the Industrial Business Unit for production of industrial gear motors; and create and manage industry application reports for the development and support of the growth of industrial gear motor product lines and related commercial activities. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field, including foreign degree equivalent and 24 months experience in the following job duties as an industrial engineer or in any related occupational category specifically related to heavy industrial planetary geared motors, gearboxes, and control systems: develop customized solutions for customers; provide special applications engineering support to customers in the area of global bids and job order processing; conduct process analysis and verifications about sizing and development of any special solutions in the customer product development area; provide costing, documentation, and logistic support; provide customer project support and training or required tooling analysis on larger projects; serve as a liaison on target customer projects with application engineering issues; coordinate any and all support with internal departments, including customer service, production, purchasing, and R&D, to ensure a successful product development. Travel within the U.S. 0 to 2 days per month.
