Responsibilities

• Load and unload boxes from the production line at a rate of approximately 20 boxes per minute, handling bottles that weigh around 11 pounds each.

• Perform general labor tasks on the bottling and assembly line, including moving materials, organizing product, and maintaining workflow.

• Operate and assist with bottling and production line machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment, following all safety and operational procedures.

• Support labeling, packing, and assembly inspection activities to ensure products meet quality standards and are prepared correctly for shipment.

• Conduct basic quality checks on bottles and packaging, identifying defects or issues and reporting them promptly.

• Work closely alongside the line lead and shift leadership to cover processes and machines as needed, focusing on production tasks rather than managing people.

• Maintain a consistent, fast production pace and adapt to a fast-paced workload throughout the shift.

• Follow all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe footwear.

• Adhere to strict attendance expectations to support reliable production scheduling and team coordination.

• Help keep the production area organized, clean, and safe, contributing to the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the facility.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled, very clean, and well-maintained production facility. Work takes place on a high-speed bottling and assembly line with modern production and packaging equipment. Shifts run Monday through Friday, with first shift from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toe footwear. The dress code prohibits sweatpants, clothing with holes, and jewelry to maintain safety and professionalism on the line. Regular hourly breaks and rotation help manage the fast-paced nature of the work while supporting comfort and productivity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
