Role Responsibilities The Production Supervisor will train and coach production employees in creating and sustaining a lean culture aligned with the company's Vision, Mission and Values. By utilizing key leadership principles of respect, humility, and leading by example, the supervisor will create a positive work environment by engaging employees in the continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and People initiatives. This position is part of the Manufacturing Team. This is a full-time, exempt position, located in our Mentor, Ohio office. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Including, but not limited to these functionalities: - Coordinate general assembly, wiring, finishing, and quality activities to meet delivery deadline - Reward or discipline team members as needed - Document and communicate quality issues found during manufacturing processes - Work with Team members from various departments to resolve quality issues. - Work closely with Materials, Quality, and Management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. - Perform other duties as assigned.
