What you’ll do:

  • Manage domestic and international shipping, receiving, and distribution for all office mail, freight, and vendor shipments using UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
  • Perform regular campus walkthroughs and safety inspections, including checking exit signage, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and lighting.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to build, install, and adjust desks, furniture, and workstation equipment.
  • Coordinate and execute internal office moves, desk reconfigurations, and spatial adjustments.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with the physical setup, breakdown, and logistical support for on-site and off-site company events.
  • Escalate complex structural or mechanical building issues to external vendors and property management when necessary.

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications or technical training preferred.
  • 2+ years of active experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, or commercial office operations.
  • Proficiency with shipping and receiving platforms, freight carriers, asset tracking systems, and facilities software (e.g., OfficeSpace, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite).
  • Strong commitment to customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across a diverse employee population.
  • Adaptable team player with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably perform active physical tasks (walking, standing, climbing, bending, and reaching) for 30–60% of the workday.
