At CJ Schwan’s, we don’t just make food — we help create moments that matter. From kids devouring pizza after soccer practice, to students laughing over dumplings in a cafeteria, to families enjoying pie during the holidays, our team members play an important role in bringing those everyday moments to life. Our portfolio includes iconic pizzas, global flavors, and timeless desserts from brands like Red Baron®, bibigo®, Tony’s®, Big Daddy’s®, Freschetta®, Pagoda®, Edwards® and Mrs. Smith’s®. Enjoyed in homes, schools, restaurants and just about everywhere people shop and eat, our products reflect a commitment to quality, innovation, and the power of food to bring people together.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to help bring marketing programs and campaigns to life. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, manage projects from concept to completion, and support the growth of our brands. Gain exposure to a variety of marketing channels and business functions and grow your career in a creative, food-loving, fast-paced environment where new ideas are encouraged!

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development and execution of Shopper marketing programs that drive business growth and brand performance on the Asian BU.

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, events, promotions, and shopper marketing channels, ensuring cohesion with branding and communication strategies.

  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Become the primary point of contact for designated sales teams, leading regular statuses with them, with support from your manager.

  • Manage project timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business data to help inform marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and measure campaign performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Support budget management and marketing operations activities.

  • Identify risks, resolve challenges, and help keep projects moving forward.

  • Represent Marketing on cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across the organization.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) and 3+ years of marketing, brand, agency, or project management experience

  • Strong project management and experience working with data sets (Circana, consumer insights, market trends etc.)

  • Budget management experience a plus.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support your overall well-being, including comprehensive health benefits, time off programs, and retirement and financial offerings.
