Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Description

An employer is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator / Marketing Project Specialist to join one of our largest national manufacturing clients for a 3-month contract opportunity with potential extensions depending on performance. This team recently had an employee go on medical leave and is looking for a strong marketing professional to assist in a coordinator capacity within their print marketing / packaging vertical. In this role you’ll join a team of 7 individuals, who sit in Golden Valley, MN; Aurora, Illinois and offshore in India. To be successful on this team you must have prior experience working within a corporate marketing setting and ideally have experience helping to manage project deadlines and work cross functionally with stakeholders and designers within the print marketing and packaging space. This team uses Workfront and other print marketing tools like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. While this role is only slated to be a 3-month contract to start, there is a high likelihood of extension or conversion based on performance.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-6 yrs of professional experience working within the marketing space
• Prior experience working within a corporate setting
• Prior experience utilizing Workfront
• Prior experience either with print marketing tools like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Prior experience withing the marketing packaging space
• Ability to work cross functionally between colleagues, leaders and stakeholders
• Ability to go on site to their location in Golden Valley 3 days/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
