PeopleReady of Salinas, CA is now hiring Visitor Survey Representative in Monterey, CA for an upcoming project!

Get paid $25/hour to engage with visitors throughout the Greater Monterey area! We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional individuals who enjoy talking with people. In this role, you'll approach visitors at designated locations, ask questions about their trip and experience in Monterey, and record their responses using an iPad.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, events, retail, brand ambassador work, guest services, or other public-facing roles .

Candidates must be comfortable approaching and starting conversations with people they don't know and must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned survey locations throughout the Greater Monterey area.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Visitor Survey Representative :

• Approach visitors in various areas of Greater Monterey and ask a series of questions about their trip and satisfaction with the destination

• Use an iPad to record survey questionnaire responses

• Conduct in-person visitor intercept surveys respectfully and professionally

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) And Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Professional, polished, and well-spoken

• Outgoing and comfortable approaching and engaging visitors

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Able to provide their own reliable transportation

• Comfortable standing and walking for most of the day

• Able to complete online training via Zoom prior to the project

• Able to adhere to a business casual dress code

• Background check required
