Job Description
The Lead RBAC Analyst will lead the implementation of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) across an initial portfolio of approximately 100 applications. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between application owners, security stakeholders, and IAM teams, driving the discovery, analysis, approval, and implementation of RBAC models within Saviynt. The Lead RBAC Analyst will provide strategic oversight, facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage project priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of a scalable, auditable access governance framework. The objective is to establish sustainable RBAC processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual access management efforts while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
Skills and Requirements

2+ years of RBAC experience -Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Previous IAM experience with a strong understanding of identity and access management principles

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and combining data from multiple sources -Experience supporting enterprise-scale RBAC programs -Exposure to access governance/compliance initiatives -Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
