Provide guidance on key administrative and analytical activities related to technician availability, resource allocation, shift planning, technician scheduling and project planning. Provides support to Incident Management, business teams and technicians in an effort to achieve key metrics, drive operational efficiencies, manage costs and achieve customer SLAs.
