Job Title
Director, Product Partnerships - agentOS
About your role
Lead product partnerships for agentOS, including ecosystem strategy, technical partner evaluation, joint solution definition, integration, onboarding, launch, and performance. The role builds products and capabilities through partners rather than operating as a separate corporate partnership function.
This is not a traditional alliances or vendor-management role. The candidate can understand partner architecture, challenge assumptions, shape a joint product, connect technology to a financial-services problem, and manage the relationship through production performance and client value.
What you'll do
-
Define product-partnership strategy and ecosystem priorities, identify capability gaps, and make fact-based build, buy, or partner recommendations.
-
Source and assess partners for strategic fit, client value, domain relevance, differentiation, technical readiness, operational maturity, economics, scalability, and risk.
-
Engage partner product, engineering, architecture, data, and security teams to evaluate APIs, deployment, identity, data flows, agent architecture, observability, and support readiness.
-
Define joint products and solutions, including experience, responsibilities, integration model, data flow, deployment, prototypes, commercial handoffs, launch plan, and outcomes.
-
Lead risk-tiered intake, due diligence, technical onboarding, certification, governance, performance review, remediation, recertification, and offboarding.
-
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Privacy, Procurement, and Operations on data use, intellectual property, controls, service levels, incidents, continuity, and support.
-
Coordinate with Marketplace & Monetization on packaging and economics, AI Agents on domain use cases, and platform teams on runtime, connectivity, evaluation, and monitoring.
-
Own partner scorecards and portfolio decisions based on quality, reliability, adoption, client value, incidents, service levels, commercial contribution, and strategic value.
Experience you'll need to have
-
8+ years of experience in product partnerships, product management, platform ecosystems, solution strategy, fintech, enterprise software, or related technology roles.
-
Experience evaluating, shaping, onboarding, and scaling technology partners as part of a product or platform strategy, not only administering agreements.
-
Strong technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, data, integrations, identity, security, AI agents, evaluation, observability, and production operations.
-
Financial-services domain expertise in banking, payments, cards, merchant acceptance, fraud, risk, compliance, servicing, or financial operations.
-
Practical AI fluency, including using AI-assisted tools for research, technical analysis, joint solution design, prototypes, requirements, and executive-ready presentations.
-
Strong commercial and executive judgment, including connecting partner technology to client value, differentiation, adoption, economics, and operating burden.
Experience that would be great to have
-
Experience with AI-agent ecosystems, developer platforms, marketplaces, cloud ecosystems, or partner certification programs.
-
Experience with AWS Bedrock, leading model providers, agent frameworks, MCP, or related technologies.
-
Experience conducting technical due diligence, proofs of concept, strategic investments, or build-buy-partner assessments.
-
Experience designing joint go-to-market, marketplace, licensing, usage-based, referral, reseller, or revenue-sharing models.
How you'll work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Travel requirements will align with the approved requisition.

$163,200.00 - $244,800.00
