This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and ensuring business processes align with institutional strategic goals. The Senior Business Process Engineer identifies opportunities for improvement, develops people, process, and technology solutions, and leads continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Working closely with project and program leaders, finance partners, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and technology professionals, this position drives business process redesign, re-engineering efforts, and the development of future-state operating models that support organizational transformation and student success.
