Position Details: This professional role involves delivering respiratory care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, while maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with current respiratory therapy standards and state regulations. The position reports to the Respiratory Manager and follows a schedule of three 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends. Base Pay 1. Standard base rate: $29.00 per hour 2. OptionalEnhanced Pay: + $2.00 per hour (for full-time employees opting out of our primary medical/dental/vision) NEW Shift Differentials 1. Monday - Thursday | 2:30 PM - 7:00 AM+ $4.00 per hour 2. Friday | 2:30 PM - 6:00 AM+ $4.00 per hour 3.
