Full job description
Primarily responsible for providing guidance to management in all areas of Employee Relations, with special expertise in guiding managers through the evaluation and investigation of employee performance issues and application of appropriate discipline
This is a remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere in the US

You’ll serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, guiding leaders through sensitive matters and ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of HR issues. With access to enterprise systems and data, you’ll help shape a positive employee experience and strengthen compliance and accountability across the organization.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $74290 per year - $115500 per year
