NOW HIRING -CERTIFIED JOB COACH / EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST Pennsylvania (Community-Based) Purpose of Life Home Health Care is actively hiring a Supported Employment Job Coach / Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment. $25/hour starting pay (up to $30+/hour based on experience) REQUIREMENT (PLEASE READ) Must currently hold one of the following approved Supported Employment certifications: CESP (Certified Employment Support Professional) from APSE (Association of People Supporting Employment First) ACRE Certification - Basic or Professional Certificate in Employment Services from an ACRE-approved training provider Candidates without a current CESP or ACRE certification will not be considered. Minimum Requirements 1. Minimum 2 years of ODP experience 2. Current on all required ODP training 3. Completion of annual 24-hour ODP continuing education 4. Valid PA driver's license 5. Reliable personal vehicle 6. Active auto insurance (PA compliant) 7. Clean driving record 8. Strong communication and professionalism 9. Ability to complete daily electronic documentation What You'll Do: . Provide 1:1 job coaching in the community . Support individuals in real work environments . Help build independence and job success .
