Sr Salesforce Developer

Job Description

A large fintech company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately! This individual will be joining a mid-sized Scrum team (1 Tech Lead, 2 Salesforce QAs, 4 Salesforce Developers, PO, BSA, Scrum Master) supporting a greenfield project geared at offering a new way for users to pick and select indexes. The team is performing integrations from Apex to LWC and would like someone with prior experience. This is a long-term opportunity starting off as a 12 month contract with possibilities contract extensions. The team is looking for someone who is willing to come onsite Monday -Thursday to their local Schwab office in Dallas (preferred) or Austin, TX The team is looking to hire immediately, apply today!

Pay Rate: $50-65/hour depending on experience

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development (SF development and coding exp, NOT just configuration changes. This role will be 80-100% development with no admin duties) 2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) must have experience developing LWC from scratch Experience with Apex Experience supporting Sales Cloud Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc) in an Agile environment Transparent communication style; needs to be able to ask for help and solve an issue before it's the end of a sprint Experience with a Salesforce implementation Prior Financial Industry/Brokerage experience Platform Developer I/II Certification (or equivalent)
