Your Key Responsibilities

Manage one or more projects with internal as well as external customers.

Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements.

Ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources.

Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews.

Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved external service providers, resources or stakeholders.
-
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and procedures.
-
Ensure transparency by given KPIs and involve relevant stakeholders in case of project target at risk.

Project Planning: Create and manage step by step prototype process timing plan from order placement to end product delivery.

Project Planning: Drive weekly prototype project issues review.

Project Planning: Represent Prototype on project core team.

Project Planning: Coordinate project issues and changes between Prototype and Project team.

Project Planning: Drive procurement according to MRD dates for customer orders

Project Planning: Cost tracking of material/tools related to planned budget

Coordinate with MRP Planner for SAP Prototype BOM/Process Routing creation and change management.

Coordinate with MRP Planner for EPR creation for purchased/outsourced item procurement.
-
Coordinate with MRP Planner for Internal order creation for components and assembly processes.
-
Coordinate with MRP Planner for Goods receiving/issuing and inventory management in SAP.
Your Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related.

Minimum one year experience in materials planning/procurement and managing projects

Software experience with SAP business management software and Microsoft Office applications

Product manufacturing and business process knowledge
