Oracle SME- IT Finance

Job Description

Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking an experienced Oracle IT Finance Analyst to support its Oracle ERP platform following a recent enterprise-wide implementation. This role will serve as the liaison between Finance Operations, business stakeholders, and IT, helping stabilize the environment, resolve production issues, and support long-term operational success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of Oracle functional expertise and finance business process knowledge, with the ability to understand a business request, identify the appropriate Oracle solution, and guide users through resolution.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP Finance experience- Cloud Based

• Hands-on experience supporting and configuring the following Oracle Financials modules:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets (FA)

• Cash Management

• Expenses

• Lease Accounting

• Strong understanding of finance business processes, accounting operations, and financial controls.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting end users in a post-go-live environment.

• Ability to understand both business requirements and underlying Oracle configurations.

• Experience with security roles, workflows, approvals, user access, and system integrations.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical Oracle solutions.

• Proven experience with knowledge transfer, documentation, and end-user training. Strong communication, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.

• Healthcare industry experience.

• Experience supporting Oracle Finance stabilization efforts following implementation.

• Experience working with consulting firms or managed service providers. Experience supporting process improvement and ERP optimization initiatives.
