The Customer Solutions Advisor role was created to remove traditional barriers between sales, rental, parts, and service, creating a simpler and more connected customer experience. Focused primarily on Compact Construction Equipment (CCE), Building Construction Products (BCP), attachments, rentals, and related support solutions, this role serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking equipment solutions through a retail-inspired experience. By bringing sales, rental, parts, and service expertise together in a single role, the Advisor helps customers quickly access the equipment, knowledge, and support they need through one trusted relationship. As customer needs evolve, the Advisor partners with Fabick's specialized sales organization to ensure customers have access to the dedicated expertise, resources, and account management support required for larger equipment purchases, recurring rental programs, fleet development, and long-term equipment lifecycle solutions.
