Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in agency, brand advertising, product marketing, or ads sales.

  • Experience in ads measurement (e.g., digital and cross-media measurementsolutions and ad sales/tools).

  • Experience with return on investment measurement concepts (incrementality)and the third-party measurement ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of incrementality measurement (e.g., GeoLift, Conversion Lift, iROAS) and Google’s core performance and video product suite (Search+, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Value-Based Bidding).

  • Ability to drive end-to-end operational execution of complex initiatives from strategy and investigative framing through global scale.

  • Ability to coordinate parallel workstreams across matrixed teams to hit strict timeline milestones and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Deep fluency in quantitative metrics, SQL/data analysis, and complex data structures.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex statistics into clear, persuasive recommendations for Directors/VPs and C-suite clients.

Google’s Global Product Solutions (GPS) organization leads Google’s commercial business strategy and is responsible for driving adoption of our advertising products. This specific role is focused on Incrementality Insights and Best Practices within the Media Effectiveness Measurement team.

Google’s Incrementality solutions have the ability to reach top global advertisers with billions in total marketing budgets to help them better understand how Google media drives true causal lift and sales effectiveness for their brands. To maximize full-stack return on investment (ROI), it is imperative that customers move beyond passive measurement and actively apply data-backed optimization levers to grow incremental return on ad spend (iROAS) and allocate budgets effectively.

In this role, you will leverage your investigative and commercial expertise to inspire sellers and customers to expand adoption of incrementality-driven media strategies.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Build, validate, and scale global playbooks (e.g., value-based bidding, audience layering, new customer acquisition, budget, and creative) to move advertisers from measurement to campaign optimization.

  • Align cross-functional Product Area leads across Search+, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube to co-develop, test, and scale cross-campaign blueprints that maximize full-stack incremental ROI.

  • Partner with gTech, Data Science, and Product to prioritize analysis of Data Lakes and AI-driven mining of first-party/third-party (1P/3P) datasets, supporting the transformation of experimental metrics into insights that drive iROAS.

  • Lead complex workstreams from initial hypothesis and investigative validation through pilot execution, sales enablement, and commercialization.

  • Synthesize field feedback and performance data to identify product feature gaps, shape measurement and bidding roadmaps, and deliver executive narratives to Directors/VPs.
