Harlingen Medical Center is a Level IV Trauma Designated hospital that specializes in Cardiovascular Service, Emergency Services, Neuroscience, Orthopedic Services, Radiology, Rehabilitation Services and Surgical Services. Responsibilities
The HR Student Extern is designed to provide practical experience to students pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Under the direct supervision of HR professionals, the extern will assist with real-world HR tasks, such as recruitment, training, and employee relations, while learning about the strategic role HR plays in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Currently enrolled or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Must be in good academic standing.3. Preferably having completed coursework in HR fundamentals.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
